With ‘A’ rating as standard, we didn’t stop there. Our windows can achieve as much as A+33 energy rating! Depending on your combination of double/triple glazing and either argon or krypton gas filled units, we can satisfy even the most energy-conscious customer! Whilst many companies opt for using aluminium spacer bars (the often silver bar, between the panes of glass) to minimise their production costs, here at GAP we focus our energy on savings for the customer – so by replacing the aluminium spacer bar with our ‘super spacer’ we help to reduce condensation by breaking the thermal bridge. Most windows offer you a 3 section profile (if you look at a cross-section of the frame, your would see 3 sections). We offer a minimum of 5 chambers, right up to a 9-wall chamber profile, which of course makes life very difficult for the cold trying to get in or for your heat trying to escape! In addition this adds strength to the overall structure of the framework and ensures your windows do not move or bow.
